Autumn Vogel

Board President

Autumn is a native of Pittsburgh and has lived in Meadville, PA since graduating from Allegheny College in 2015. She is an active community organizer with a background in community and business development. Autumn works to help develop other cooperatives across the Mid-Atlantic as a cooperative business developer with Keystone Development Center. She sits on Meadville City Council.

Vesta Silva

Board Vice President

Vesta is a Professor of Communication and Global Health Studies at Allegheny College and is the founding president of NWPIC. Vesta has lived in Meadville since 2004. Vesta was the Founding President of the NWPIC.

Joshua Searle-White

Board Treasurer

Joshua is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Allegheny College and a 25-year resident of Meadville. He also serves as President of the Meadville Community Theater.

David Miller

Board Member

David is a recently retired Professor of English at Allegheny College and a 35-year inhabitant of Meadville, Pennsylvania. Parent of two daughters who has lived and traveled widely throughout the US and the world and is the author of two books, while continuing interdisciplinary research, including a current book-length project, “Chicago Consciousness: Reform, Social Thought, Sociology, Literature and Architecture, 1890-1920.” Served on the Crawford County School Board (8 years) and as a member of a number of local and grassroots organizations, some continuing.

Jason Pampena

Board Member

Jason is the founder and principal of Worker’s Pride Financial LLC, a social enterprise that provides tax and financial advice, including tax preparation, to low and middle income working people. He is also the treasurer of the East End Food Co-op Federal Credit Union, a small CDFI that supports a historically underserved community in Pittsburgh. A cooperative enthusiast and regenerative investor, Jason also serves on the board of Maple Valley Cooperative, a producer of organic maple products. Jason worked 10 years as a professional firefighter, where he was treasurer of IAFF Local 1038, and he holds degrees from Yale University and the University of Pittsburgh.

Jason Ramsey

Board Member

Jason is an IT and Higher Education consultant and has been a resident of Meadville for over twenty years, and nearby towns similar to Meadville for another twenty.  He’s involved in the city of Meadville and Crawford County in capacities as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Crawford County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee and as a substitute judge of elections for the county.  He’s also a board member and active participant in the French Creek Curling Club.

Andy Walker

Board Member

Andy serves as the Director for Economic, Civic & Community Engagement at Allegheny College. Andy has worn many hats in Meadville and Northwestern PA including City Manager and City Clerk of the City of Meadville, Director of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC)’s Northwest Office, Executive Director of the Meadville Redevelopment Authority, and Business District Coordinator.  Andy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Meadville Medical Center, Pennsylvania Keystone CORE Services, the French Creek Valley Conservancy, the Meadville Family YMCA, Hospice of Crawford County, and NWPA Mobility Alliance. He resides in Meadville with his wife and sons.

Renna Wrubleski

Board Member

Renna is the Community Development Director for the City of Meadville. She is a native of Southwestern PA and has lived in Meadville since graduating from Allegheny College in 2021. She is active in the community wealth building initiatives throughout town and is committed to making Meadville a place that everyone wants to call home. Renna can often be found in Diamond Park with her dog, Kasia.
